General Plan

The three plants will have a different kind of fertilizer. Fertilizer one Fertilizer two and dirt. Each of the plants will receive the same amount of water each day. With the same amount of water and fertilizer they all could grow the same. If they grow the same the fertilizer could help one of them grow better than the others.

Potential Problems And Solutions

If one seed doesn't germinate i would plant more of the seeds and pick the best plant out of all of them. Plant the seeds at school so there is enough sun light or not finding a space at your house.
Safety Or Environmental Concerns
If there isn't enough room at your house or if it can get interrupted my pets or your family plant it at school. Planting the seeds at school will keep your plants safe and have enough sun light.

Detailed Procedure

1. Gather the information for the poject
2. Get about 40 winter rye seeds
3. plant 3 winter rye seeds in each cup
4. Make sure to water them the same amount each time
5. Gather materials ( cup's, Fertilizer A Fertilizer B, dirt )
6. Pick 3 fertilizer types like dirt and 2 other fertilizer types
7. plant 3 winter rye seeds in 1 cup and use 15 cups for the plant seed's
8. 5 cups are with fertilizer A 5 other cups are with Fertilizer B and the last 5 cups are with dirt
9. plant the seeds not to far down in the fertilizer
10. Giver your plants a certain amount of water each day
11. Let your plants grow to march 7th but remember to measure them every other day
12. Record your data and take pictures

Results

The results say that all organic will help plants grow better than all purpose. All organic grew up to 10 (Cm) and all purpose grew up to 6.1 (Cm).

Conclusion

My data proves that different types of fertilizer can effect plant growth. All organic Fertilizer helps seeds grow better than all purpose.

Discussion

The meaning of my experiment was to find out witch fertilizer can help plant grow easier and faster. My results found out that Fertilizer A helps plants grow better.

Benefit to Community and/or Science

The project can benefit to the community because most people like to have a good yard. With knowing the good kind of fertilizer anyone can have good and healthy plants.

Background Research

Fertilizer is made of any organic or inorganic material. One or more plant nutrients is added to grow the planted. Mind inorganic fertilizers have been used for many centuries. Many different fertilizers can help grow different plants better than another kind. The Organic fertilizer is made from plant nutrients.
